Master’s / bachelor’s in accounting in Finance and Accounting with Professional Qualification to the level of CA Intermediate.

Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, preferably with experience in multinational companies
Responsibilities / Authorities
Ensure all day-to-day transactions are accounted accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor banking and cash transactions regularly
Ensure receipt entries are regularly done into the system
Account for payables on time and ensure timely payment to suppliers
Book all costs under the correct zig. account and proper zig. number
Complete all bank reconciliations on time and obtain necessary authorizations
Monitor and maintain Bank Guarantee and properly account for related charges
Follow year-end closing procedures and ensure all accounting treatments are applied correctly
Review trial balance and AD50 profitability statement
Ensure integrity processes are properly followed
Prepare and control reports such as VAT Return, Income Tax Return, Stamp Duty, and Corporate Tax Return
Carries out payments, reimbursements, and advances with the authority from CCE
Check all costs under authorization and obtain necessary approvals
Check prepaid advances, follow up on supplier invoices, and ensure timely closure of related accounts
Avoid entries lying in suspense accounts related to group transactions
Allocate Functional Costs and ensure all amounts are posted
Ensure all costs are allocated related to verticalized Business units
HSE Requirements
Comply with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, and client’s HSE procedures and practices
Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard-free, reporting any deviations or hazards immediately to the location manager, line manager, or supervisor
Report any newly identified hazards and participate in creating suitable operational controls to eliminate or minimize risks
Report any HSE incidents immediately and cooperate in investigations
