Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Budgeting and Forecasting

Responsible for preparing the annual financial budget, monitoring in real-time the differences between actual expenditures and the budget, and conducting rolling forecasts to evaluate future cash flows and financial conditions.

Manages daily accounting and financial reporting processes, supporting headquarters in accounting processing, cost accounting, asset management, and other related tasks.

2. Review of Expense Budget Rationality

Conducts thorough reviews of various expense budgets to ensure that the budget aligns with the company's actual situation and development strategy, while avoiding unnecessary expenditures and resource waste.

Analyzes budget data, assesses the rationality of expenses, and proposes suggestions for improvement to enhance cost efficiency.

Maintains close communication with project managers and various departments to ensure that the budget is in sync with project progress.

3. Payment Process Control

Establishes strict payment processes to ensure that each payment is subject to appropriate approval and verification, preventing the loss and misuse of funds.

Reviews payment applications and related documents to ensure their authenticity and completeness, thereby reducing potential risks.

4. Communication with Local Tax Authorities and Banks

Proactively communicates with local tax authorities and banks to stay informed about tax policies and regulations, reasonably avoiding tax risks, and protecting the company's interests.

Assists in handling tax audit matters, safeguarding the company's interests, and reducing tax risks.

5. Standardized Reimbursement Training

Organizes employees to participate in standardized reimbursement training, enhancing their understanding of the reimbursement process and standard operating capabilities, ensuring the authenticity and compliance of reimbursement expenses.

Reviews employees' reimbursement applications to ensure they meet company policies and reimbursement standards, preventing improper reimbursement practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related majors, with a solid foundation in financial theory.

Over 5 years Financial work experience in the engineering industry, familiar with the characteristics of the engineering infrastructure industry.

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Able to clearly and concisely express financial viewpoints and suggestions, providing strong support for business decision-making.

Possess solid financial knowledge and skills, familiar with financial policies and regulations in Middle Eastern countries, and able to accurately understand and apply relevant regulations for financial management.

Possess a spirit of teamwork, able to work closely with team members to jointly promote the development of the company's financial management.

Have a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to keep company secrets, and ensure the accuracy and security of financial information.
