Job description
SCOPE (Brief Description Of Overall Responsibility):
- Overall responsibility of Finance and Accounts
- Liaising with external auditors for finalization of accounts
- Liaising with bank officials
- Ensure compliance to internal control procedures
- Submission of MIS reports

General Manager
The Main Job Activities:
- Verification of monthly payroll
- Ensure compliance to internal control procedures as required
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts and preparing for audit
- Liaising with bank officials regarding obtaining and utilization of credit facilities with banks
- Liaising with bank officials regarding maintaining of Current Account
- Discussing with management on policy matters of the company as required
- Informing management on the current financial position of the company on a weekly basis
- Liaising with bank officials regarding obtaining project financing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office
- Competent to handle custom-made software
- Professional degree in finance
- Substantial experience in handling finance and accounts, preferably in the contracting industry
