Job Description

• Creation of financial documents such as debit/credit notes, statement of accounts and others.
• Perform monthly accounting activities (closing).
• Recording, classifying and summarizing the financial transaction of the company.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contracts.
• Compile collection MIS, assist in monthly billing closure and prepare monthly accruals and financial forecast.
• Analyze financial data, monitor variances against budget, and drive post closing actions for performance optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Preferable Industry: manpower and sourcing.
• Well versed in handling monthly accounts of multiple clients.
• Excellent in making monthly financial reports.
