Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, develop forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
   
2. Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
   
3. Conduct financial modeling to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
   
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
   
5. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and align financial goals.
   
6. Evaluate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate financial challenges.
   
7. Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders, including board members and investors.
   
8. Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
   
9. Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
   
2. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
   
3. Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools such as Excel, SAP, or Power BI.
   
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and budgeting processes.
   
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
   
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
   
7. Effective communication and presentation skills.
   
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
