The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and decision support to enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting complex financial analysis, valuations, and forecasting.
Preparing financial reporting materials such as budget forecasts and quarterly reports.
Supporting corporate development initiatives, including business planning, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Analyzing financial data to provide insights on trends, cost optimization, and risk assessment.
Developing financial models, benchmarking, and process analysis to improve performance.
Collaborating with senior management on financial strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally with real estate or corporate finance exposure.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with Yardi or similar financial systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Expertise in complex financial modeling and valuation.
Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget forecasting.
Experience in conducting business studies, benchmarking, and process analysis.
Industry background in residential development is a MUST.
