We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, creating accurate financial models, and delivering strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role involves crafting financial statements, profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow statements, and building comprehensive three-statement financial models.
Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
Build and maintain three-statement financial models to analyze and predict company performance.
Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and variance analysis.
Develop financial forecasts and strategic plans for 2-3 years, incorporating key assumptions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in creating budgets and monitor adherence to financial targets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Presentation & Stakeholder Communication
Create professional PowerPoint presentations summarizing financial insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Deliver presentations to senior management, investors, or board members as required.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Research market trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to inform financial strategies.
Prepare reports on industry benchmarks and comparative analysis.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
