Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record of success in financial analysis and reporting. This role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple P&L segments effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis of Botim's various business segments, including payments, acquiring, remittance, and lending.
2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for each segment.
4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful commentary on financial performance, trends, and variances.
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management, board meetings, and investors.
6. Support the VP Finance in various ad-hoc projects, including financial due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the fintech space.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the fintech industry.
3. Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling techniques.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
8. Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems is a plus.
