Job Description:
As an HR Analyst, you will support the HR department in recruitment, data management, compliance, employee relations, and other HR initiatives. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and overseeing probation reviews.
- Collect, analyze, and manage HR data using Oracle systems to ensure accurate reporting and support decision-making.
- Consolidate payroll data and coordinate with the finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist in updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with JAFZA labor laws, and maintaining compliance registers.
- Address employee grievances, participate in disciplinary meetings, and provide guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement surveys, implement action plans, and support mid-year and annual performance reviews.
- Assist in talent planning, including succession planning, retention, and development initiatives.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
