Financial Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Preparing reports on the periodic and financial activities and tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the reporting system on actual achievement compared to what was planned and submitting them as requested by the direct official.
  2. Contributing to developing operational plans, including the financial budget of the administrative unit, to translate the strategic plan and reflect it.
  3. Achieving functional goals, standards, and approved performance indicators through periodic follow-up, analysis, and submission of periodic reports, making appropriate decisions, and developing corrective plans.
  4. Preparing policies and procedures related to the work activities assigned to him and proposing amendments that are consistent with the laws in when amended and reviewed.
  5. Identify the challenges and obstacles encountered at work and inform the direct manager about them.
  6. Organizing and preserving the information, data and documents necessary to make decisions that fall within the scope of the job in a way that is easy to retrieve.
  7. Communicating with employees in various administrative units and providing them with the required information within a framework.
  8. Adherence to the application of environment, health and safety conditions, policies and procedures in the field of work, application of approved institutional excellence and quality standards, and use of innovation and creativity methods based on current and future work requirements and procedures approved.
  9. Coordinating with the Internal Audit Department and the Corporate Risk Office and providing them with the necessary information to prepare audit mission reports and corporate risk notification.
  10. Ensure the presence of replacement employees in the event that employees responsible for vital procedures in the administration are not available and maintain the confidentiality of data according to its nature and according to the need.
  11. Supervising the review of financial reports on the performance of housing loans granted to citizens and submitting recommendations and proposals to the Director of the Department with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of housing lending operations.
  12. Analyzing the results of periodic reports related to the financial performance of the loan portfolio in coordination with financial partners, including beneficiaries’ statistics, their classifications, disbursement and collection.
  13. Analyzing the financial balances of the Department of Finance and financial partners, monitoring financial movements to disburse housing loans, and preparing financial statements for the loan portfolio and cash flow statements to read the financial position periodically.
  14. Reviewing financial reports using data extracted from information received from funding financial partners and other reports and presenting them to the Department Director for use in updating and developing housing lending policies.
  15. Communicating with the financial partners responsible for the loans to conduct some detailed studies of housing loans and extract some solutions or suggestions regarding bank facilities and payment mechanisms.
  16. Reviewing the assessment of the financial situation and budget surplus for housing loans by referring to the financial statements and in coordination with the Department of Finance and the financing financial institutions to determine the amounts that can be loaned and the financial flow and its distribution over the months of the year.
