Job Description:

• Expertise in financial transactions, including M&A, market analysis, valuation, due diligence, and end-to-end deal management.
• Proficient in conducting feasibility studies, financial modelling, market research, and risk assessments for strategic decision-making.
• Strong ability to align multi-stakeholder projects, facilitate negotiations, and ensure seamless program management.
• Skilled in fair market assessments, M&A deal structuring, and compliance-driven financial reporting.
• Experience in advising on M&A deals across industries like oil and gas, renewable energy, and pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in securing investment/credit approvals for large-scale projects in sectors like manufacturing and healthcare.
• Experience in liaising between investors and operational teams, ensuring alignment on goals and project milestones.
• Experience in cross-border transactions, showcasing a global perspective and cultural adaptability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

At least 10 years of experience in Valuation and Financial Advisory / Strategy and Operations Services.
