Our client is a leading coffee company with a strong presence in the FMCG industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, market growth, and promotional campaigns, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management & Strategy :
Manage all company's brands as needed, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
Develop and implement branding strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the company's values and mission are well represented.
Work with distribution partners and franchisees to create marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
Lead marketing efforts for retail outlets, ensuring cohesive branding and promotional activities to drive sales.
Marketing & Promotional Activities :
Create and manage promotional materials for internal and external use.
Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms to boost brand awareness and sales.
Oversee the creation of marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.
Market Research & Analytics :
Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and calendars, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Lead Generation & Business Growth :
Focus on generating genuine client leads through strategic marketing efforts and collaborations.
Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to business development and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Industry Background: Experience in the FMCG industry is required; experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
