Finance Specialist - Private Equity

Contract Duration: 3 months

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: TBC based on interview feedback; competitive salary expected.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in private equity investments, bookkeeping, processing, posting, systems, and reading NAV reports.
• Exposure to private equity, preferably having worked on secondment with major investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc.
• Understanding of private equity bookkeeping, systems, and statements.

Role: Financial Specialist Private Equity - Manager/AM

Required Experience Level: 6-10 years

Detailed Scope of Work:

1. Review historical information in the system, including capital calls, distributions, valuations, and other movements.
2. Reconcile output of FOS system to Excel reports for KPI metrics, including IRR, DVPI, TVPI, and MOIC.
3. Review performance data at the asset, fund, and portfolio levels to assess investment performance.
4. Review reconciliations and report findings to be resolved by NT.
5. Maintain a log of issues and discrepancies identified.
