Finance Operation Analyst - Oracle Fusion

We are looking to hire a Finance Operation Analyst who will be responsible for handling finance-related escalations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Finance Department and reports directly to the Managing Director.

We are looking for a passionate Finance Client Services Specialist with experience in finance operations, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution within financial services. You should also have experience in/possess knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of support for finance-related escalations and customer queries.
• Provide clear, timely, and proactive updates to stakeholders, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track issue resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate potential process improvements to leadership.
• Support service continuity while the organization undergoes change, helping de-risk service delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in finance operations or similar customer-facing finance roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar finance systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to start at short notice is highly desirable.
