Finance Manager - Real Estate

We are partnering with a prestigious Dubai-based client in the real estate sector, who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager.

This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of a diverse and growing portfolio, including real estate, investment, and various other business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Supervise and ensure accuracy in the management of escrow accounts and funds.
• Conduct regular analysis of financial performance across various lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights.
• Support in the preparation and audit of annual accounts and tax filings.
• Maintain effective cash flow management and implement financial controls.

Requirements:

• CFA qualification is essential.
• Strong experience managing escrow accounts, particularly within the real estate sector.
• Proven track record in finance management within a multi-industry environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience in real estate or construction sectors is highly preferred.
