Job Title: Finance Manager or Senior Accountant

Location: JVC, Dubai

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Working Schedule: 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday
Immediate joiner or 30 days notice

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform and supervise all accounting entries
2. Finalize Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP)
3. Arrange and plan all payments in a timely fashion weekly
4. Perform treasury and cashflow management while maintaining all petty cash workflow
5. Ensure ERP is up to date with all entries and close monthly books by the 10th of each subsequent month
6. Prepare and present financial management reports monthly
7. Audit and control all procurement workflows performed by operations
8. Control and maintain all documentation related to clients, suppliers, employees
9. Hold and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
10. Be the center point of contact between HR, Operations and remaining stakeholders
11. Responsible for all tax related functions, VAT and upcoming corporate tax

1. Supervise or handle team member(s)
2. Experience working in the Healthcare field or relevant
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle challenging situations with resilience and a positive attitude
4. Comfortable managing high-pressure tasks while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
5. Has a driving license/willing to work in JVC, Dubai
6. Ideal candidates will have a history of stable employment and a desire to build a long-term career with our company
