Finance Manager- Healthcare

Micah Solutions FZE is in search of a skilled and analytical Finance Manager specializing in Healthcare to join our client's organization, a prominent healthcare provider in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights for continuous improvement. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to support the organization's mission of delivering quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the financial stability of the healthcare organization.
2. Prepare and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
3. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
4. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure adequate funding for day-to-day operations and future investments.
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards.
6. Coordinate with department heads to support financial planning and operational decision-making.
7. Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient financial operations.
8. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of financial reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare financial practices, regulations, and compliance.
4. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
7. Experience managing budgets and financial planning processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
2. Experience with healthcare accounting systems and electronic medical records.
3. Knowledge of financial modeling and revenue cycle management specific to healthcare.
