We are currently looking for a professional, highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing models and outputs, maintaining compliance with internal standards and governance.
  • Conduct assessments based on inputs from Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tax, and Treasury.
  • Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all employees, while complying with relevant regulations.
  • Update and manage the risk register, ensuring all potential risks and mitigations are clearly addressed to minimize impacts on pricing.
  • Liaise and negotiate effectively with key external bodies including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Prepare in collaboration with the Sales Manager commercial pricing models, including cost analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations and other required support information for pricing.
  • Develop and implement robust tools and procedures to enhance the pricing and governance process.
  • Enforce strict process compliance, ensuring adherence to governance policies throughout the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to pricing submission.
  • Build a repository of key inputs and outputs from various bids to establish meaningful pricing benchmarks.
  • Share best practices, knowledge, and insights across the pricing team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to address payroll-related queries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Commit to and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a managerial level within a related industry, with a strong track record of leadership and strategic financial management and business improvement.
  • Experience with startups and fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and build scalable financial structures.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic).
  • Professional finance qualification (CA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) is mandatory, with a deep understanding of international and regional financial practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in situations with ambiguous data, showing initiative to make informed assumptions.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Strong task and time management skills, ensuring reliable and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented, demonstrating a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Accountable and results-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional and cross-regional relationships.
  • Keen understanding of competitive landscapes, region-specific risks, and how these factors impact pricing strategies and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
