Finance Manager

We are hiring for Finance Manager for one of our Real Estate Development clients in Dubai.

Job Requirements:

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial health and alignment with company goals.
2. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
3. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
5. Lead and mentor finance team members to improve efficiency and support decision-making.

Experience:

• M.Com or higher with strong experience in Dubai's real estate market.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years in real estate within the UAE.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
