Finance Manager

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and growth by managing budgets, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s financial health.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Develop strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in tax consultancy or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
