Finance Manager

One of the Presious Interior Construction and Fit out business conglomerate is searching for a high Caliber Finance Manager for their GCC Operations.

Job Location is Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Head with a dotted line to the Director of Finance.
• MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, Bank guarantees, LCs, and VAT experience is a must. This is a hands-on role; candidates who are just overseeing these processes without direct involvement will not be considered.
• Construction/Fit out experience is mandatory.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for UAE and KSA entities.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, including accounts payable, advances paid, accounts receivable, advances received, general ledger, and all reconciliations with debtors, creditors, and group companies.
