Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and relevancy in accounting practices, help the Management to take necessary decisions based on solid financial analysis, and ensuring sound financial decision-making, profitability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
2. Oversee financial reporting, including P&L statements and cash flow analyses.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Collaborate with other departments to support trading decisions.
5. Lead financial audits and implement effective internal controls.
6. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CA, CFA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
• Experience: Typically, 5-10 years in financial management is preferred, with oil and gas past experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of oil and gas financial principles and practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
