Job Summary
Impart Design, a leading fit-out company specializing in delivering high-quality projects in the F&B and retail sectors, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring the company maintains a strong financial position to support its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and manage financial strategies to support the company's short- and long-term goals.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for project evaluations and business decision-making.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and recommending improvement actions.
Accounting and Reporting
Oversee all accounting processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT filing, and other legal requirements.
Cash Flow and Risk Management
Manage the company's cash flow to ensure smooth operations and project funding.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
Optimize the company's working capital by managing receivables, payables, and inventory.
Project Cost Management
Work closely with the project teams to monitor project budgets and ensure profitability.
Review and approve financial aspects of project BOQs and procurement.
Prepare financial reports for client invoicing and project progress.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.
Collaborate with other departments (estimation, procurement, projects) to align financial objectives with business goals.
Strategic Input
Provide financial insights and guidance to the senior management team for strategic planning.
Evaluate investment opportunities and business partnerships for growth and expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA is preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
