Our company is a real estate firm based in Sharjah, established in 2000, specializing in managing our own properties. We are inviting applications for the position of Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations and accounting processes of the company.
• Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient financial management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
