Job Brief:

We are seeking an experiencedFinance Managerto oversee financial operations within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive financial efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyzemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and managebudgets, forecasts, and financial modelsto support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor and controlmanufacturing costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.
• Conductfinancial analysis, including profitability assessments, variance reports, and return-on-investment calculations.
• Implement and maintainstrong internal controlsto ensure financial accuracy and safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor afinance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate withmanufacturing, operations, and supply chain teamsto align financial strategies with operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance withfinancial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum5 years of experiencein a financial role within themanufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding ofcost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency infinancial software and ERP systems.
• Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
