Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise accounting systems to ensure the timely and accurate production of accounts and related reports.
• Implement sophisticated analysis standards and KPIs to monitor business performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead business planning and forecasting with appropriate financial modeling, analysis, and commentary.
• Support the Senior Finance Director in their role as a member of the Management Team.
• Ensure the timely creation and updating of Management Reports, Margin analyses, Forecasts, etc.
• Support the ongoing development of professional capabilities within the finance team and enhance the financial understanding of non-finance managers.
• Implement best practices across the region in areas of responsibility.
• Serve as a business partner, providing coaching on all financial aspects of business, including investments, treasury, etc.
• Work closely with Sales to oversee Customer Credit Management and Receivables activities, managing this key aspect of the customer relationship and experience.
• Oversee all audit activities, both internal and external, ensuring full compliance with recommendations and findings.
