Job Description:
Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to meet company goals.
2. Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
3. Manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
5. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
6. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
7. Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and banks.
8. Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CMA, ACCA, CPA preferred).
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and financial regulations.
4. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a strong advantage.
2. Familiarity with project-based financial management.
3. Knowledge of cost control and financial risk management.
