Design and implement unified accounting policies & procedures, internal controls, INNOVO Group accounting manual and financial audit plan for INNOVO Group.
Manage periodic consolidation of accounts, financial budgets and projects cash flow/feasibility, working capital and other various corporate MIS.
Liaise with external auditors for timely yearend audit, banks for new project financing, renewals and related documentation, and with client for Accounts Receivable (AR) and reconciliation.
Visit subsidiaries to supervise its accounting functions and advise users on best applicable practices and update them technically.
Review and analyse monthly financial reports of subsidiaries.
Review, analyse and present consolidated accounts.
Review and approve daily payments, bank documents, PRO advances, visa renewals, EOSB, insurance requirements and policies, bank reconciliation, periodic receipts and its deposit.
Maintain daily funds flow and other various corporate MIS.
Collaborate with Finance managers in INNOVO’s subsidiaries and external auditors to meet audit timelines and ensure presenting of clean audit report.
Review and analyse IAA periodic audit reports/observations and assist accounts and finance function to overcome and resolve internal audit findings.
Coach and develop subordinates to understand their roles; maintain positive and learning environment, add value to individuals and assist them in their personal growth.
Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
Report all violations and resolved on time.
Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor /Master’s Degree in Finance from a reputable university or colleges.
CFA/ CA/CPA/ ACCA, any of these professional qualifications is a must.
10 + years related working experience in accounts, finance, budgeting, audit, taxation and risk management from well-established Contracting Companies in GCC.
Create and assess financial statements and budget documents.
Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors, local community advocates, participants, and employers.
Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement.
Must have proven leadership ability, communications skills, interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
Must be able to develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Knowledge of Business Strategy and planning.
Ensures administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies.
