Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Leads the accounting team with day-to-day responsibilities.
2. Develops and manages cost accounting systems to track and analyze manufacturing costs.
3. Collaborates with the production and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocations.
4. Establishes and maintains internal controls that comply with business needs.
5. Works with all functions to develop and implement key business processes and appropriate controls.
6. Coordinates and owns the budget process (actual vs. budget analysis).
7. Provides monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial ratios and manages the preparation and consolidation of the monthly financial statements.
8. Manages the audit and prepares the audit report with external corporate auditors.
9. Ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
10. Ensures general ledger accounts are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
11. Manages all aspects of the tax reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings.
12. Coordinates with the company's tax advisors on all related aspects and management to develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and information flow.
13. Monitors raw material costs by job order and maps bill of materials (BOM) objectives in line with managing the daily cash position, cash forecast, cash flow, and working capital reporting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) would be a plus.
2. At least 7 years of experience in a factory setting with expertise in the wardrobe, kitchen fit-out, and joinery sectors in the GCC.
3. Preferably Jordanian candidates.
