We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Commercial Finance functions. This role will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, optimizing costs, and ensuring the profitability of new product initiatives. As a key finance leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing decisions, cost management, and analytics, ensuring financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Develop and track key financial metrics, identifying trends and business insights.
• Prepare variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

Commercial Finance

• Partner with business teams to drive profitability analysis for new and existing products.
• Evaluate commercial contracts, pricing strategies, and revenue models to maximize returns.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Develop pricing models for new product launches, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.
• Conduct cost analysis and optimization to maintain a balance between pricing and margins.
• Monitor and manage operational expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Implement financial controls to track marketing and promotional spends, maximizing ROI.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for financial compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing, and Costing.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
