Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Expertise:
   Provide technical accounting expertise on IFRS.
   Ensure compliance with UAE legislation and global accounting procedures.
   Oversee account reconciliations, financial reporting, and local tax requirements.
   Manage the local & Outsourced accounting team and maintain high professional standards.
2. Strategic Planning:
   Create long-term financial strategies based on accurate financial records.
   Collaborate with other departments to achieve efficiencies.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
   Advise executive management on financial decisions.
   Mediate between the organization, auditors, vendors, and clients on financial matters.
