Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role is critical in driving financial insights that will aid decision-making for real estate development projects, ensuring profitability and financial stability.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must be qualified finance professionals holding certificates in CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc. with a degree in Accounting and Finance Related subjects.

Candidates must have:

• Experience working in an investment firm or similar organisation.
• Experience working in Big 4 is a must.
• Strong knowledge and technical application of IFRS reporting guidelines.
