Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you oversee the financial operations of an organization, monitor the company’s finances, cashflows and produce financial reports. Work closely with Head of Finance to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. Help executives understand the financial health of the organization for improved decision making.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing accounts team and controlling the posting process in the ERP system.
2. Liaison with suppliers and follow up for issuing credit or debit notes and monitor the returns.
3. Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier SOA with the SRV issued in the ERP system.
4. Approving purchase orders and its relevant goods receipts vouchers before posting purchase invoices.
5. Verify the agreements and define the credit terms for suppliers and finalize the accounts payable aging reports.
6. Manage bank balances and credit facilities like letter of credit and TR Facility.
7. Processing payments in the bank online portal and preparing Summary for authorized approvers.
8. Conduct meetings to reschedule liabilities and put payment plans.
9. Identification and evaluation of tax risks by documents verification as well as counteracting them.
10. Analyzing the cost elements, variances and set up a process to reduce the costs.
11. Prepare financial statements, cash flow & budgets with slides & charts to present in front of the management.
12. Prepare Feasibility report for new projects.
13. Provide support with various internal & external audits and special tax related projects.
