Job Description

• Oversee the financial operations of the company and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
• Develop financial plans and budgets in accordance with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting to identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA.
• Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of finance professionals.
• Experience in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
