My client, a successful FMCG food business, is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to their team.
Key Duties:
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for the purpose of assessing the accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
Analyze financial information and operational costs, call attention to trends, make recommendations, and highlight to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow.
Manage the annual budgeting process including preparation of all allocations in alignment with the Company’s financial targets and in cooperation with the CEO.
Collate financial reports from all the subsidiary’s divisions as per the reporting calendar.
Conduct financial analysis on a monthly basis and report to the Holding Company via an executive report.
Review business plans submitted by the subsidiary’s various divisions relating to their expansion and diversification plans.
Minimum Requirements:
Postgraduate degree holder in Finance; or CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Finance and Accounts, a minimum of three (3) of which in a managerial role within the GCC.
Experience within the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (FF&V) industry segment or FMCG (F&B) is an essential requirement.
