Finance Manager

Position Title: Finance Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

1. Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals
2. Ensure timely financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
3. Oversee compliance with UAE tax, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliations
4. Track financial KPIs, including sales, margins, and operating costs

About the Client:

An international retail chain brand highlighting men’s wear fashion, now expanding new branches in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Arabic & Asian nationalities
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).
3. Minimum 5 years in financial management, preferably in retail.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial modelling.
