Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance and accounting in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, with expertise in using the latest financial tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
2. Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
3. Implement cost control measures and financial risk management strategies.
4. Ensure accurate VAT compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
5. Monitor and manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
6. Develop financial models and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
7. Conduct financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
8. Optimize financial processes using modern financial tools and software.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate sector in the UAE.
2. Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and IFRS standards.
3. Expertise in financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle Financials, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.
4. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
7. Full-time position based at the company’s office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
