Job description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.


Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the company.
  2. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  3. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  6. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
  7. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  8. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  10. Utilize SAP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
  11. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in financial management within similar industry.
  2. Professional qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
  3. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  4. Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
  5. Proficiency in using SAP.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
