Job Purpose:

To support the Finance and HR operations through accurate documentation, data entry, and coordination with internal departments. This role assists in maintaining employee and financial records, handling basic processes, and supporting compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support:

- Generate and send payment links as per approved sales.

- Assist in reconciling monthly SOAs with Finance.

- Record incoming payments and share confirmations with relevant teams.

- Maintain petty cash documentation and process reimbursements.

- Enter approved sales and expenses into Zoho.

- Collect and compile proofs for corporate card usage.

- Support preparation of monthly financial summaries.

HR Support:

- Draft employee letters based on templates provided.

- Track visa expirations and support scheduling renewals.

- Assist in onboarding documentation and orientation.

- Update employee files and contract changes.

- Maintain attendance logs and leave trackers.

- Organise employee uniform stock and assist in distribution.

- Support internal events and birthday celebration arrangements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or HR admin roles, in the UAE

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Familiarity with Zoho and HR systems is an advantage

- High attention to detail and reliability

- Willingness to learn and grow under supervision
