Job description

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master’s degree and professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a relevant role within the GCC.
Proven experience as a Finance Director / Controller in a similar leadership role within Professional Services / Large Engineering consultancy / Big 4
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
