Responsibilities
- Developing financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implementing cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies.
- Establishing internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Creating financial forecasts and budgets to guide strategic decision-making.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Implementing and maintaining new ERP systems that support efficient operations and accurate reporting.
- Implementing and governing procurement processes and developing procurement strategies.
Your Qualifications
- Fully qualified finance professional (ACA/CPA, ACCA/CMA).
- 10+ years of experience, including in a leadership role, ideally in a travel, tourism, or hospitality-related industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
