As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our organization. Your primary duties will include developing financial strategies, creating budgets, monitoring cash flow, and managing financial risks. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall objectives of the organization.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights to the senior management team.
3. Manage cash flow, financial planning, and investment strategies to ensure the financial health of the organization.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance and report variances to identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
6. Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
7. Collaborate with other department heads to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, lenders, and auditors.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in finance to continuously improve financial processes and systems.
10. Present financial information to the board of directors and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
3. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director-level position.
4. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
