If you are ready to apply your strong business acumen and take an active role in driving the business partnering agenda across our commercial organization, then you could be just the person we are looking for to fill the position as Finance Business Partner – UAE. You will be located at our office based in Dubai. You will be reporting to the Head of Finance in UOQ, while working closely with the Head of Category Development for UAE and the Head of Foodservice and their teams, with whom you will be business partnering on a daily basis. You will therefore get exposure to the leadership on a daily basis and be a valuable member and “wingman” to the leadership team in UAE to drive the business performance.

Key responsibilities of the role

1. Drive the business partnering agenda towards our commercial organization.
2. Lead discussions on channel and customer performance, providing insights and transparency on cost developments, customer profitability, etc.
3. Co-drive the strategic Performance Management agenda towards the UOQ Leadership team and commercial organization, including developing performance reviews.
4. Define and drive efficiency initiatives across the business by creating financial insights, facilitating business cases, and driving resource allocation.
5. Engage in “hands-on” topics such as ongoing monthly closing, forecast loads, etc.

Your profile

You hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Accounting and have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within Performance Management and/or as a Finance Business Partner. You need an appetite for building commercial understanding and adding commercial finance to your toolbox.
