Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) plays a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, the FBP collaborates closely with business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive performance improvement.
2. Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
3. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
4. Monitor and report key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Collaborate with department heads to develop cost control strategies and efficiency improvements.
6. Provide financial guidance and support for new projects, investments, and initiatives.
7. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
9. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
10. Act as a bridge between finance and other business units to ensure effective communication and financial awareness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
7. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
