Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

1. Managing different branches and offices, and analyzing operations and staff performance.
2. Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies.
3. Developing and implementing various quality control methods.
4. Scheduling training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.
5. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
6. Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
7. Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff.
8. Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant labor laws.
9. Observing existing staff and operations, and developing strategies for improved efficiency and profit, as well as cost reduction.
10. Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget.
