Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting key business decisions. You will oversee Capex planning, financial analysis, governance, and business partnering across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Capex & Feasibilities

• Prepare project feasibilities and recommend investment proposals for new stores, renovations, and IT infrastructure etc. to the Investment Committee & the Board
• Rigorously monitor Capex, Opex, and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Optimize procurement processes and enhance approval frameworks for capex spending.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Assist in performance reviews for territories, stores, e-commerce, and B2B channels, with insights-driven presentations.
• Develop financial models and templates for budgeting and strategic planning.
• Analyze business plans and P&L to provide critical insights to the CFO.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, B2B, HR, and Supply Chain teams to support operational and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate promotions, loyalty campaigns, and other strategies for topline growth.
• Partner with HR on manpower planning, incentives analysis, and cost tracking.

Governance & Compliance

• Support loss prevention, audit teams, and process optimization efforts.
• Develop SOPs and implement audit controls across retail and supply chain operations.
• Act as the SPOC for internal/external audits, legal disputes, and risk mitigation.

Support & Decision Making

• Bridge the gap between territory and corporate finance, resolving queries and issues.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to address business challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Oversee financial operations, including expense approvals and purchase orders.
