Job description

Job Summary:

The Finance Administrator plays a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general financial administration efficiently. The Finance Administrator collaborates with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, process, and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  3. Assist in processing supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  5. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies in financial transactions.
  6. Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  7. Assist in generating financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
  8. Provide support for audits by ensuring financial documentation is complete and accessible.
  9. Work closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in financial administration, with a strong focus on invoicing.
  3. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
  4. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
