Field Service Engineer (UAE National) for Alfa Laval UAE

Service Operations Department is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Dubai, UAE. This is an interesting and challenging opportunity to be part of a dynamic, motivated & competent team and presents growth opportunities in one of the most interesting markets.

The position will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis, and on-site servicing of Alfa Laval equipment, namely decanters, separators, and plate heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

Your primary tasks will be:

1. Commissioning, service, audit, and troubleshooting of high-speed separators & decanters used in the energy, food & water industry.
2. On-site performance audit and re-conditioning of plate heat exchangers.
3. Training customer crew on operation & maintenance of Alfa Laval equipment.
4. Troubleshooting of electrical / PLC controls associated with Alfa Laval equipment.
5. Executing field service jobs through remote guidance.
6. Conducting equipment assessment at customer sites and creating leads.
7. Supporting sales functions in technical solutions and participating in technical forums.
8. Safety conscious “think - act - behave attitude.”

Who You Are

1. Emirati nationality: This position is exclusively for Emirati citizens.
2. We are looking for a mechanical / electrical engineer who has working experience or thorough knowledge of rotating equipment and heat exchangers.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
4. Sound knowledge in electrical, PLC, and controls is a plus.
5. UAE driving license.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
