The Role:

• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment on site, communicating effectively with the Service department and end-customer.
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Instruct customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of hardware equipment and software collateral.
• Complete intervention reports with customer sign-off and keep knowledge up to date through continuous learning.
• Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, reflecting deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit customer-oriented, independent, and team player qualities while displaying a positive attitude and willingness to travel frequently.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in Service Management within a similar industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth technical knowledge of the product portfolio and similar items, along with the ability to diagnose problems effectively and take appropriate actions. Communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves providing clear information to customers regarding action plans and progress. The candidate must display independence, a willingness to learn, and a customer-centric mindset.
