Job Description:
Octopus Digital is looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Dubai Region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company by coordinating and administering high-level onsite and remote automation technical support and rendering services to the installed base at our customers. You will be responsible for efficiently reporting the full life cycle of Incidents and Problems. The position will require close collaboration with all teams across Technical Support, Sales & Business Development.
